The Berwyn is one of Blackpool's most ideally situated, residential Guest Accommodation. It is open all year round and furnished to a superior standard with ample lounge, fully licensed bar, dining and toilet facilities on the ground floor.

The Berwyn, on Finchley Road, North Shore, is in one of Blackpool's more residential areas overlooking the superb Gynn Rockery Gardens of some 2.5 acres. Gynn Gardens has an extensive rockery area, crazy golf, and putting greens.

The promenade, just beyond the park, provides an open aspect to the front of the Accommodation. The Berwyn is conveniently situated for all of Blackpool's major attractions with frequent Tram's available running from the promenade just a few minutes walk away.
